Das kollektive Arbeitsrecht ist von der Zweispurigkeit der Interessenvertretung geprägt. Die Arbeitsbedingungen werden sowohl von den Tarifvertragsparteien als auch von den Betriebspartnern gestaltet. Gegenstand des kollektiven Arbeitsrechts sind die Akteure auf kollektiver Ebene, ihre Regelungsbereiche und -instrumente, die Wirkungsweise ihrer Vereinbarungen sowie Konfliktlösungsmechanismen.
